It exhibits tyrosine phosphatase activity against substrates such as EGFR, FAK, SYK and ZAP70. UBASH3B/STS1 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived UBASH3B/STS1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His, N-6*His labeled tag. The total length of UBASH3B/STS1 Protein, Human (His) is 268 a.a., with molecular weight of ~30 kDa.
