Sp-8-Br-cAMPS sodium 

Sp-8-Br-cAMPS sodium is a cAMP analog, which performs a protein kinase A (PKA) activating activity with EC₅₀ of 360 nM. Sp-8-Br-cAMPS sodium inhibits proliferation of T cells and the haemocyte non-self response in Lepidoptera larve^[1][2].

Sp-8-Br-cAMPS sodium (0-100 nM) 抑制 X. nematophila 和 B. subtilis 的吞噬作用，而不影响每种血细胞类型的细菌数量^[1]。
