ZnAF-1F tetraTFA 

ZnAF-1F tetraTFA is a potent fluorophore for with an K_d value of 2.2 nM. ZnAF-1F tetraTFA can be used as fluorescent probes for Zn²⁺ in cells. ZnAF-1F tetraTFA shows λ excitation of 489 nm and λ emission of 514 nm^[1][2][3].

ZnAF-1F tetraTFA (1 μM) 在 100 mM HEPES 缓冲液中显示 K_on 值为 3.5*10⁶ M^-1s^-1，K_off 值为 7.7*10^-3 s^-1[1]。
