Bromocriptine-¹³C,d₃ 

Bromocriptine-¹³C,d₃ is the ¹³C- and deuterium labeled Bromocriptine. Bromocriptine is a potent dopamine D2/D3 receptor agonist, which binds D2 dopamine receptor with pKi of 8.05±0.2.

Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs^[33].
