PPIase-Parvulin inhibitor 

PPIase-Parvulin inhibitor (compound B) is a cell-permeable inhibitor targeting PPIase Pin1 and Par14, with IC_50s of 1.5 and 1.0 µM, respectively. PPIase-Parvulin inhibitor has anticancer activity and inhibits the growth and proliferation of mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs)^[1].

PPIase-Parvulin Inhibitor 可抑制野生型 MEF 的增殖 (IC₅₀: ~1 μM)，但对 Pin1^-/- MEF 的作用不显著^[1]。
PPIase-Parvulin Inhibitor 对 HCT116 和 HSC2 细胞的抑制效力 (IC₅₀s) 分别为 1.2 μM 和 0.7 μM^[1]。
PPIase-Parvulin Inhibitor (1 μM; 48 h) 在 HCT116 细胞中可降低 cyclins D1 和 B1 的蛋白水平，但对 cyclins E 和 A 无显著影响^[1]。
