描述

ENSA protein is a key phosphatase inhibitor that precisely controls PP2A activity during mitosis by inhibiting PP2A. Phosphorylation of Ser-67 in mitosis promotes specific interaction with PPP2R2D, leading to inactivation of PP2A. ENSA Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived ENSA protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag. The total length of ENSA Protein, Human (His) is 121 a.a., with molecular weight of ~17 kDa.
