SYBR Green II is sensitive to oligonucleotides or larger nucleic acid polymers in a variety of cells and gels.     SYBR Green I：主要与双链 DNA 结合，通过结合于所有双链 DNA 双螺旋的小沟区域来发出荧光。在游离状态下，SYBR Green I 发出微弱的荧光，但与 DNA 结合后荧光大大增强。SYBR Green II：主要与 RNA 和单链DNA 结合，对 RNA 的结合荧光量子产率高于 DNA。SYBR Green II 与 RNA 结合的荧光不会被尿素或甲醛淬灭，因此在染色之前不必将变性剂洗脱。

  • 储存条件中写的 under nitrogen 是什么意思呢？这个是要放在液氮吗？如果我放在 -80 ℃ 是不是不需要 under nitrogen 呢？
