Zymolyase, Arthrobacter luteus  (Synonyms: 酵母裂解酶)

Zymolyase, Arthrobacter luteus, is a zymolyase mainly found in Arthrobacter luteus. Enzyme, an enzyme with beta-1,3 glucanase activity, removes the electron-dense outer layer of the Plasmodium karinii cell wall, exposing an electron-lucent layer^[1].

本品是藤黄节杆菌 (Arthrobacter luteus) 深层发酵产生并通过硫酸铵沉淀纯化获得的一种新型酶制品，具有强烈的酵母菌活细胞壁溶解活性，本品决定酵母细胞壁溶解活性的必需酶是 β-1,3-葡聚糖昆布五糖水解酶 (β-1,3-glucanlaminaripentaohydrolase)，该酶水解 β-l,3-连接的线性化葡萄糖聚合物，释放出特异性的昆布五糖 (也是最主要和最小的水解产物单元)。酶的溶解范围根据酵母类型、酵母生长周期或培养条件有所变化。
最佳 pH 和温度：pH 7.5,35°C (裂解活酵母细胞)；pH 6.5,45°C (水解酵母葡聚糖)
稳定 pH 范围：pH 5-10
热稳定性：60°C,5min 酶活性完全损失
激活剂：巯基化合物比如半胱氨酸，B-巯基乙醇或 DTT

使用说明
本品易溶于水，建议 1/15M 磷酸盐缓冲液，pH7.5 溶解 (0.05-0.1 mg/mL)，或用自己实验体系相关缓冲液来溶解，也可根据文献来制备储存液，可用除硝酸纤维素膜之外的0.22 μm 滤膜过滤除菌。
溶解后短期可放置于 2-8℃，可储存 2 周，如需长期储存，可根据单次使用量分装后储存于 -20℃，可稳定数月。粉末状本品置于 30℃，3 个月酶活力损失约 70%
