Cholesta-3,5-diene is an inflammatory modulator that targets immune cells such as neutrophils and accelerates wound healing by promoting neutrophil chemotaxis and fibroblast migration. Cholesta-3,5-diene enhances immune cell recruitment and extracellular matrix deposition by activating chemokine receptor-mediated signaling pathways such as PI3K/Akt. Cholesta-3,5-diene can be applied topically to wound repair and has potential therapeutic value in chronic ulcers or skin lesions[1][2].

中性粒细胞招募：Cholesta-3,5-diene (30 μg/mL；局部应用；单次) 在转基因斑马鱼幼体 (Tg (mpx:GFP)) 尾鳍伤口中促进中性粒细胞募集，6 小时后显著增加[1]。
Cholesta-3,5-diene (30 μg/mL；局部应用；单次) 不促进斑马鱼尾鳍伤口的组织再生，而包含该成分的脂质部分 Ft 则有效[1]。

Animal Model: Transgenic zebrafish larvae (Tg(mpx:GFP), 4 days post-fertilization, male/female mixed, 200-300 mg)[1]
Dosage: 30 µg/mL Cholesta-3,5-diene (dissolved in ethanol, diluted in E2 medium)
Administration: Topical application to transected tailfin immediately after wounding, single dose
Result: Significantly increased neutrophil accumulation at the wound site by 6 h post-treatment (2-fold vs. vehicle control.
No effect was observed in uninjured tailfins[1].
