Acts upstream of or within several processes, including actin filament organization; negative regulation of podosome assembly; and regulation of Rho protein signal transduction. Located in several cellular components, including dendritic shaft; podosome; and postsynaptic density. Is expressed in several structures, including brain; dorsal root ganglion; and testis. Used to study neurodevelopmental disorder with midbrain and hindbrain malformations.
