靶向蛋白降解(Targeted protein degradation, TPD)是一种新型的、有前景的新药研发方法，旨在通过标记降解或招募天然降解机制，靶向那些因缺乏酶功能、缺乏药物结合位点而被认为不可药物的蛋白质。

分子胶是一种小分子降解剂，主要诱导E3泛素连接酶与靶蛋白之间发生新型相互作用，形成三元复合物，进而导致蛋白质泛素化，最终被蛋白酶体降解。与PROTACs相比，分子胶通常具有更低的分子量，更高的细胞通透性和成药性。此外，分子胶的设计相对简单，不需要复杂的连接子和配体优化。因此，分子胶已经逐渐成为一种具有前景的疾病治方法。

目前已报道出多种类型的分子胶，通过对共晶结构进行分析发现，CRBN，VHL和DCAF相关的分子胶更通用，因此我们选择了相关的活性分子作为探针分子用于人工智能（AI）筛选，再通过分子对接，验证筛选出的分子保持关键的药效团，最终获得600个分子胶类似物，这些化合物是研究分子胶的有力工具。

Product Details

Formulation:

600 compounds obtained through AI screening and molecular docking, making it a valuable tool for the discovery of molecular glues.

Layout:

96-well storage tube or 96-well plate: 1st and 12th column are left empty.
384-well plate: the first two columns and the last two columns are left empty.
Compounds with different concentrations or dissolved in different solvents will be put on separate plates. This way of layout may increase the number of plates because there could be three solvents and three concentrations.
