ALK-1 Antibody (YA2457) is a non-conjugated IgG antibody, targeting ALK-1, with a predicted molecular weight of 56 kDa (observed band size: 56 kDa). ALK-1 Antibody (YA2457) can be used for WB experiment in human, mouse, rat background.
研究背景

ALK-1 是 TGF-β 家族配体 BMP9/GDF2 和 BMP10 的 I 型受体（type I receptor），在正常血管发育中起重要调控作用。当配体结合后，ALK-1 与两个 II 型受体（type II receptors）形成受体复合物，其中 II 型受体磷酸化并激活 ALK-1，使其自磷酸化后结合并激活 SMAD 转录调节因子（SMAD transcriptional regulators）。此外，ALK-1 可能结合激活素（activin）（By similarity）。

  • Western blot analysis was performed on extracts from Jurkat (lane 1, 20 μg), Mouse kidney(lane 2, 20 μg),Rat kidney(lane 3, 20 μg), and Mouse lung (lane 4, 20 μg) using ALK-1 Rabbit mAb.Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non - fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight.The primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and the loading control antibody (beta-Actin, HY-P83730, 1:5000 dilution) were incubated in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 1 hour at 37°C.Goat Anti - Mouse/Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (1:20000 dilution) was then applied for 40 minutes at 37°C.
