ITPA Antibody (YA3104) is a rabbit-derived non-conjugated IgG antibody (Clone NO.: YA3104), targeting ITPA, with a predicted molecular weight of 21 kDa (observed band size: 21 kDa). ITPA Antibody (YA3104) can be used for WB, IHC-P experiment in human background.
研究背景

The related gene encodes an inosine triphosphate pyrophosphohydrolase. The encoded protein hydrolyzes inosine triphosphate and deoxyinosine triphosphate to the monophosphate nucleotide and diphosphate. The protein, which is a member of the HAM1 NTPase protein family, is found in the cytoplasm and acts as a homodimer. Defects in the encoded protein can result in inosine triphosphate pyrophosphorylase deficiency which causes an accumulation of ITP in red blood cells. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
