Cell Cytotoxicity Assay[1]

Cell Line: HCT-116, MCF-7 cells
Concentration: 0-100 µM
Incubation Time: 48 h
Result: Showed cytotoxicity with IC50s of 43.5, 62.4 µM for HCT-116, MCF-7 cells, respectively.

Apoptosis Analysis[1]

Concentration: 43.5 for HCT-116 cells, 62.4 for MCF-7 cells µM
Incubation Time: 48 h
Result: Induced apoptosis with 2.24% of the population being in early apoptosis, 0.58% in late apoptosis, and 6.6% in the necrotic population in MCF-7 cells, led to 45.07% of the population being in early apoptosis, 0.42% in late apoptosis, and 0.02% necrotic population in HCT-116 cells.
