The CPS1/CPSase I protein is critical in participating in the urea cycle and is essential for the elimination of excess ammonia in urea-bearing animals. This essential enzyme converts toxic ammonia (a byproduct of amino acid catabolism) into urea, promoting safe excretion. CPS1/CPSase I Protein, Human (Sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived CPS1/CPSase I protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with His labeled tag.
