PTH1R 蛋白, Human (HEK293, His)

PTH1R Protein, Human (HEK 293, His) is a recombinant PTH1R protein with a His-Flag. PTH1R plays an important role in skeletal development and homeostasis^[1].

PTH1R 属于促胰液素类 G 蛋白偶联受体 (GPCR)。PTH1R 参与骨发育和骨细胞分化，通常由甲状旁腺激素（PTH）和甲状旁腺激素相关肽（PTHrP）激活。
PTH1R 主要在成骨细胞谱系细胞中表达。PTH1R 调节骨代谢，主要通过 G_s 和 G_q/11 G 蛋白进行信号传导。
PTH1R 是骨骼发育和稳态的关键调节因子^{[1]< /sup>[2]}。

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
