Tegaserod-¹³C,d₃ maleate  (Synonyms: 马来酸替加色罗-¹³C,d₃; SDZ-HTF-919-¹³C,d₃; HTF-919-¹³C,d₃)

Tegaserod-¹³C,d₃ (maleate) is the ¹³C- and deuterium labeled Tegaserod (maleate). Tegaserod maleate is a selective 5-HT4 receptor partial agonist and a 5-HT2B receptor antagonist. Tegaserod maleate exhibits a promotile effect throughout the gastrointestinal (GI) tract[1][2][5].

Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs^[50].
