Cytokeratin 15 Antibody (YA1493) is a rabbit-derived non-conjugated IgG antibody (Clone NO.: YA1493), targeting Cytokeratin 15, with a predicted molecular weight of 49 kDa. Cytokeratin 15 Antibody (YA1493) can be used for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC experiment in human, mouse background.
研究背景

Cytokeratin 是一类仅存在于上皮组织中的角蛋白，分为 type I（酸性）和 type II（碱性）两种类型。作为中间丝蛋白家族中最大的亚群，Cytokeratin 与其它纤维共同构成真核细胞的细胞骨架，具有维持上皮结构、防止损伤及参与细胞间通讯等功能。它们以配对形式表达，并根据分子量和等电点编号为 1 至 20。主要分为两类：简单上皮型（如 CK7、CK8、CK18、CK19、CK20）和复杂上皮型（如皮肤中的 CK5/6、CK10、CK14、CK15）。此外，酸性 type I（低分子量，CK9-CK20）与碱性 type II（高分子量，CK1-CK8）构成另一分类体系。针对不同 Cytokeratin 已开发出特异性各异的单克隆抗体。这些结构蛋白在上皮细胞机械或氧化应激时可能释放，基于此开发的 UBC Rapid 检测（ELISA 和床旁试剂）在原发性高级别肿瘤中显示出 59.3% 的敏感性和 86.1% 的特异性。by similar: 商业检测 UBC Rapid 由 IDL Biotech AB 开发。
