生物活性

Aphidicolin is an inhibitor of DNA polymerase α and δ, prevents mitotic cell division by interfering DNA polymerase activity. Aphidicolin is an antibiotic produced by mold Cephalosporium aphidicola, inhibits cellular deoxyribonucleic acid synthesis and the growth of herpes simplex virus. Aphidicolin exhibits anti-orthopoxvirus activity and potentiates apoptosis induced by arabinosyl nucleosides in a human promyelocytic leukemia cell line[1][2][3].

Aphidicolin (0.5 μM, 5 μM; 0-5 d) 选择性杀死神经母细胞瘤细胞，但对正常人胚胎细胞和 HeLa、H9、A549 和 Caco-2 细胞系表现出中等细胞毒性[4]。
Aphidicolin (0.4 μg/mL; 3 d) 将细胞周期停滞在 G2 期[5]。
Aphidicolin (100 nM-10 μM; 48 h) 通过 p53-GADD45β 通路抑制细胞增殖，(1 μM; 24 h) 诱导 AtT-20 细胞凋亡[6]。

    请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO    40% PEG300    5% Tween-80    45% Saline

    Solubility: ≥ 5 mg/mL (14.77 mM); 澄清溶液

    此方案可获得 ≥ 5 mg/mL（饱和度未知）的澄清溶液。

    以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 50.0 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 400 μL PEG300 中，混合均匀；再向上述体系中加入 50 μL Tween-80，混合均匀；然后再继续加入 450 μL 生理盐水 定容至 1 mL。
