CD44 蛋白, Human (HEK293, His)

CD44 Protein is a type of cell surface receptor protein. CD44 Protein mediates various signaling pathways, including protein kinases, changes in the cytoskeleton, intracellular pathways, proteases, and transcription factors, which promote cancer cell division, proliferation, invasion, angiogenesis, and metabolic changes. The expression level of CD44 Protein is positively correlated with the malignancy and invasiveness of glioblastoma. CD44 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is a recombinant CD44 protein tagged with a C-6*His label, expressed by HEK293. CD44 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) consists of 200 amino acids and has a molecular weight of 38-50 kDa^[1][2].

CD44 Protein 在 CD44 缺陷裸鼠中的低表达导致裸鼠对病毒感染产生了过度肉芽肿反应，并促进了肿瘤生长^[5]。
CD44 Protein 在 APC 突变小鼠的肠道肿瘤中受到 β-catenin/Tcf-4 激活信号的调控从而过表达，而在 TCF-4 突变小鼠中 β-catenin/Tcf-4 信号传导被阻断，则导致小鼠小肠上皮中完全缺失 CD44 阳性细胞，完全丧失 CD44 功能^[6]。

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
