Topoisomerase I inhibitor 12 (compound 12) 对 MDA-MB-231、DU-145、HCT-116、SKOV-3 和 SAOS-2 癌细胞系显示出中等的抗增殖活性 (IC50 值分别为 5.96±0.03、3.81±1.37、3.67±0.21、3.48±1.02 和 3.20±0.21 µM)，以及针对 HOS (骨肉瘤)癌细胞系的有效活性(IC50=1.47 µM)，而对成纤维细胞正常细胞 (BJ1) 的选择性表现出对癌细胞的 2.89 倍选择性 (IC50=4.25 µM)[1]。
