(Z)-Zolucatetide ((Z)-FOG-001; I-67), a structural isomer of Zolucatetide (HY-P10925), is a potent β-catenin inhibitor with an IC50 of <50 nM. Zolucatetide can inhibits β-catenin and T-cell factor (TCF) transcription factor interaction. Zolucatetide inhibits cell proliferation and induces cell cycle arrest in target cells. Zolucatetide exhibits anti-tumor efficacy in mice bearing COLO320DM colon cancer cell (with APC, TP53 mutations) xenografts. Zolucatetide can be used for the study of colon cancer[1].

Zolucatetide (1-5 μM，4-24 h) 选择性地抑制表达 β-catenin 的野生型 (WT) HAPI 同源细胞中 β-catenin 驱动的内源基因 (SP5, AXIN2) 表达，但在 CTNNB1 敲除 (KO) 细胞中无此作用[1]。
Zolucatetide (24 h) 降低相关细胞核部分的 β-catenin 总水平[1]。
Zolucatetide (1-10 μM，24 h) 抑制细胞增殖，并诱导目标细胞的细胞周期阻滞[1]。
