Isoxsuprine-d₆ hydrochloride  (Synonyms: 异舒普林盐酸盐 d₆ (盐酸盐))

Isoxsuprine-d₆ (hydrochloride) is the deuterium labeled Isoxsuprine hydrochloride. Isoxsuprine hydrochloride is a beta-adrenergic receptor agonist with Kis of 13.65 μΜ and 3.48 μΜ for myometrial and placcntal beta-adrenergic receptor, respectively. Isoxsuprine hydrochloride is also a NMDA receptor antagonist.

Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs^[1].
