Anti-Mouse E-Cadherin/CD324 Antibody (DECMA-1) can downregulate the HER signaling axis and PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway. Anti-Mouse E-Cadherin/CD324 Antibody (DECMA-1) can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells and induce their apoptosis. Anti-Mouse E-Cadherin/CD324 Antibody (DECMA-1) can be used for researches on cancer and inflammation conditions such as breast cancer, chronic compression injury (CCI) and asthma[1][2][3].

Animal Model: Female MMTV-PyMT mice with a spontaneous breast cancer model[1]
Dosage: 1 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once a week, from 47 to 90 days of age
Result: Significantly reduced the number and volume of tumors.
Inhibited the proliferation of tumor cells and induced apoptosis.
Downregulated HER1-4 receptors and their downstream signaling molecules (such as pAkt, pmTOR, survivor).
Was non-toxic to normal tissues.
Animal Model: Male C57BL/6 mice (20-25 g) with a chronic compression injury (CCI) model caused by surgery[2]
Dosage: 1 μg
Administration: Intrathecal injection, once daily, for 14 days
Result: Significantly inhibited the analgesic effect of GDNF.
Blocked the regulation of the E-cadherin/p120ctn signaling pathway by GDNF.
Animal Model: Toluene diisocyanate (TDI) or OVA/CFA induced male BALB/c mice (6-8 weeks, 20 g)[3]
Dosage: 10 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose, 30 min after the second stimulation or 30 min after the first OVA challenge
Result: Significantly reduced sE cadherin levels in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF).
Reduced inflammatory cell infiltration, airway hyperresponsiveness (AHR), and smooth muscle thickening.
Had no effect on goblet cell metaplasia.
