Quinocarcin  (Synonyms: Quinocarmycin; DC-52; KW2152 free base)

Quinocarcin (DC-52) is a potent antitumor antibiotic. Quinocarcin inhibits Bacillus subtilis DNA, RNA and protein syntheses^[1][2].

Quinocarcin (100 µg/mM; 0-20 min) 抑制 Bacillus subtilis DNA、RNA 和蛋白质合成^[1]。
Quinocarcin (0.1, 1, 10 mM) 以剂量依赖性方式与 PM2 DNA 相互作用^[1]。
